Penguin Service Center

The Penguin Service Center is operating remotely until further notice.

Our remote office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm. The office is closed all in-person traffic. Please email onestop@ysu.edu for assistance. If you would like to speak to a counselor over the phone, we encourage you to email onestop@ysu.edu with your name, Banner ID number (when applicable), and phone number. Our next available counselor will call you directly.
