This form is for departments with a website on ysu.edu. Please allow 2-3 business days for the request to be completed.

If your request is in regards to a profile picture on Faculty Success or your ysu.edu/people page, please check this website first for more details before submitting a ticket. For changes to the Campus Directory listing, specifically the department section, submit this webform for department name, department phone, etc changes (https://ysu.edu/directory-department-update-form)
