Since first announcing its intention to build an expanded presence in Jefferson County, YSU has moved with purpose to establish Youngstown State University - Steubenville. What began as a vision to fill an educational void and expand access to academic and workforce-aligned programming in the Ohio Valley has become a reality.  This is just the first step in building a full continuum of educational opportunities in Steubenville, connecting students to meaningful careers while strengthening the region’s economic future.
