We're Ohio's first and only college dedicated to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). Our faculty are academic experts. But they're also working professionals, involving students in their daily research. You don't have to go to Silicon Valley to see the latest advances in modern electronics; that happens in our backyard.
Opportunity doesn't knock, because it's already at our students' doorstep. Take our STEM Professional Services, for example. Its sole purpose is to prepare our students for professional internships. Or Workforce Education and Innovation, who are preparing the current and future workforce with industry skills.
With this level of professional support, it's not hard to see why we're Ohio's "first and only" STEM college. It's because we're some of Ohio's best.

Our Unit
This department offers several degree programs, including BA, BS, and MS programs in Biological Sciences and Chemistry, a BS program in Biochemistry, and a BSAS program in Forensic Science.
The programs within the School range from Associate Degrees to a Master Degree. Some programs focus on the analytical while others are focused on the practical side.
School of Computer Science, Information and Engineering Technology (SCSIET)
The Rayen School of Engineering offers world-class engineering education, fosters excellencies in undergraduate researches, and promotes industrial partnerships.
We take pride in being one of the strongest undergraduate mathematics programs in the state, offering students research opportunities from their first semester and close interaction with faculty.
Our department is founded on the belief that students learn by doing! We offer hands-on opportunities in Physics, Geographic Information Science, Environmental Science and a track in Astronomy.
We partner with industry to deliver high-impact workforce training that strengthens talent pipelines and drives regional innovation.
