Wal-Mart Tax Exempt Identification Card
Cardholders must present a Wal-Mart Tax Exempt Identification Card to be exempt from Ohio sales tax when making purchases using their YSU Purchasing Card (PCard).
To obtain a card, go to the Courtesy Desk at Wal-Mart and provide them with our YSU Customer ID Number. 253255
Present this card to the cashier at checkout when making purchases for University business. If this card is not presented at the time of purchase, you will be charged sales tax.
