Campus Recreation will bring back Birthday Party packages in January 2023
They will be available to groups of up to 20 people on select Saturdays and Sundays from 2 pm - 5 pm throughout the year.
- Participants need to be at least 8 years of age and safely fit in our harnesses to participate.
- Package cost can include: Climbing Wall and/or High Ropes Course, basketball court usage, food, and cake (depending on which package is selected).
Birthday Party Packages
Package A: Climbing
- 2 hours of climbing (15-20 minutes per child)
- Use of 1 basketball court (chaperones are responsible for facilitating activities)
- 1 hour for gifts, cake, and food*
- Students: $300
- Member: $325
- Nonmember: $425
Package B: Climbing & High Ropes
- 1 hour of climbing (7-10 minutes per child)
- Use of 1 basketball court (chaperones are responsible for facilitating activities)
- 1 hour of the high ropes course
- 1 hour for gifts, cake, and food*
- Students: $325
- Member: $350
- Nonmember: $450
*Food (excluding cake) must be purchased through Youngstown State University Dining (Chartwell's) services and can be contacted at 330-941-3391 or by visiting their website at YSU Dining. Outside food is prohibited.
Parties must be booked at minimum 2 weeks in advance.
