Birthday Parties

The YSU Campus Recreation Birthday Package is now available!

They will be available to groups of up to 20 people on select Saturdays and Sundays from 2 pm - 5 pm throughout the year.

  • Participants need to be at least 8 years of age and safely fit in our harnesses to participate.
  • Package cost can include: Climbing Wall and/or High Ropes Course, basketball court usage, food, and cake (depending on which package is selected).

Birthday Party Package

  • 1 hour of climbing. (7-10 minutes per child)
  • 1 hour of the high ropes course.
  • Use of 1 basketball court. (Chaperones are responsible for facilitating activities)
  • 1 hour for gifts, cake, and food.
  • Students: $325
  • Member: $350
  • Non-Member: $450

Food Options

Food (excluding cake) must be purchased through Youngstown State University Dining (AVI Food Systems) services. Outside food is prohibited.

$10.50 per person | 10 guest minimum

Includes:

  • Cheese and Pepperoni Pizzas (Approx. 2 slices per person)
  • Choice of salad: Garden Salad or Caesar Salad
  • Cupcakes (standard design)
  • Ice Water and Lemonade

 

$13.00 per person | 10 guest minimum

Includes:

  • Chicken Tenders with 2 sauces (approximately 4 per person)
  • Choice of side: Mac & Cheese or Tater Tots
  • Cookie Cake (standard design)
  • Ice Water and Lemonade

 

$15.50 per person | 10 guest minimum

Includes:

  • Burgers with cheese, toppings, and condiments (approximately 1 per person)
  • Choice of two sides: Mac & Cheese, Tater Tots, or Pasta Salad
  • Sheet Cake (standard design)
  • Ice Water and Lemonade

 

 

Food and beverage add-ons available for additional pricing and upon request.

Parties must be booked at minimum 2 weeks in advance.
