Student Organization Equipment and Room Reservation
Campus Recreation has equipment reservations procedures to allow you easier access to reserve and rent equipment.
- Please complete the request form below and you will receive a response within two business days about your equipment reservations.
- Reservable Equipment is listed in the dropdown menus below.
- Please be advised to reserve equipment at least 48 hours in advance to allow for processing.
- Equipment can only be picked up and returned Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm
- Late returns can affect future rentals for your organization
- Your organization is financially responsible for the replacement of any damaged / missing equipment

Room Reservation
Note: If you are registering for a birthday party or teambuilding event with the Adventure Rec team, please fill out our registration form.
Registered YSU student organizations may reserve 1 Basketball Court and/or the Aerobic Studio at no cost to the organization by filling out the below form and waiting for a staff member to confirm. The following rules/stipulations apply to reservations:
- Only registered YSU student organizations may reserve a space in the Rec for no more than 2 hours per week. Fees will apply to reservations outside of posted open hours.
- Reservations are on a first come first serve basis and need to be made a minimum of 3 working days prior to the day of reservation. Reservation confirmations for the Spring semester will begin in December, Summer - in May, and Fall – in August.
- Campus Rec reserves the right to cancel, move, or reschedule any reservation, for any reason, at any time.
- All patrons in the space need either to have a membership or guest pass to utilize the facility. Guest passes may be purchased for $12 in the Administrative Offices.
- All members and guests must abide by all posted rules and directions from staff. Failure to do so will result in the loss of all reservation privileges for the organization indefinitely and the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct will be notified.
