Adventure Retreat and Teambuilding Programs Teambuilding with Adventure Rec elevates your group's creativity, leadership, trust, communication, and teamwork. Work with our trained facilitators to energize and challenge your student organization, corporate group, team, or class to create an experience that works for you. Elevated Challenge Course The course looms 20 feet above our gymnasium and boasts seven daring obstacles including a tire traverse, floating beams, a cargo net, a tremor bridge, the "Charlie Chaplin" bridge, and four-inch beams. Participants are harnessed in and trained Adventure Rec staff ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. |

Climbing Wall The rock wall is 53 feet high and has five top rope routes with the lower 10 feet designed for bouldering. All climbing gear is provided for the programs. |

Indoor and Outdoor Activities, Games, and Challenges Trained student facilitators challenge participants to critically think and have fun at the same time. Participants take part in games designed to encourage critical thinking, trust, communication, leadership, and most of all, fun! Following the activities, participants are asked to share about skills they utilized and implemented in during the game, and how these skills transition to their everyday lives within the group. |
Registration Process
Once submitted, you will be contacted by a staff member to confirm the program. Teambuilding and Leadership Challenges can involve the climbing wall, low-level activities, the high ropes course, and outdoor games. All activities are customized to meet individual group needs.

Teambuilding Certifications
Elevate your leadership and become the leader your group, organization, team, or staff needs. This clinic will not only teach you engaging activities to do with your team, but also will allow you to communicate how the skills used in the activity translate to the dynamic of your group.
