Past Due Balances Preventing Registration

Per University policy, all students are required to resolve any unpaid or past due balances in full before re-enrollment. Unpaid balances may also prevent transcript services.
Once a balance is past due, it will prevent all registration activities via the Penguin Portal.

To avoid any problems or delay in registration, please pay all outstanding balances as soon as possible. Payments can be processed online via the Penguin Portal using a web check or debit/credit card. 
Any payments received will be applied to the oldest charges on the account.

Please contact the Penguin Service Center with questions regarding outstanding balances.

Old balances that have been transferred to the Ohio Attorney General's Collection Enforcement office are not eligible for payment through the Penguin Portal.

If you decide not to attend any term you have registered for, you must officially withdraw from all courses in order to avoid failing grades or financial responsibility for the courses.

Make sure to review the Academic Calendar for the deadline to withdraw with a 100% refund. Please note that the deadlines may differ based on the part of term of the course.

Refunds will not be processed for any withdrawn courses after the 100% refund deadline.
