New User Orientation

 

Offered Year-Round! Not sure how to get started on our fitness equipment? Please take advantage of our general new user orientation which introduces participants to the basic layout and proper use of the cardiovascular, selectorized, plate-loaded and free weight equipment. This orientation also offers individuals a variety of circuit training routines for those who enjoy using a combination of selectorized machines, plate-loaded and free weight exercises to achieve a full-body strength workout. For participating in an orientation and trying to improve your knowledge of fitness, you will receive a free T-Shirt! Ask a Strength & Conditioning Staff member for details.


 

 

Modified Orientation

 

Offered Year-Round! Drop In for this orientation, geared to any individual who needs special consideration when working out. A trained staff member will explain and demonstrate exercise modifications to assist and meet unique needs of all users. Ask a Strength & Conditioning Staff member for details. For participating in an orientation and trying to improve your knowledge of fitness, you will receive a free T-Shirt!
