Class Details:
Spinning: Indoor cycling class that helps build physical strength and increase cardio endurance. The class intensity is up to you, so all fitness levels will excel in the same class!
Full Body HIIT: Full body workout that incorporates strength and cardio. Great for all fitness levels!
Glutes and Core: A low-impact, controlled movement class focused on strengthening the glutes and core while improving stability, strength, and overall body control.
Outdoor Circuit: A guided outdoor group workout that combines walking with short exercise stations along the route to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
Youngstown State University is a hosting site for the American Council on Exercise (ACE) & American College on Sports and Medicine (ACSM) Online Examinations. All examinations are offered in the Comprehensive Testing Center, located in Meshel Hall.
