Strategize. Design. Organize.
The Youngstown State University Website, Ellucian Experience, and Faculty Success Photos are all maintained by our in-house web team. Made up of a Website Manager, Web Programmer, two Web Developers, a Project Coordinator, plus four Student Web Developers, we service the university web needs, including the following:
- Provide organization and design for the YSU Website.
- Meet with department/office staff to discuss website organization, design, and strategy for new or redesign efforts.
- Provide support in terms of designing templates and providing for content organization layout in the campus content management systems (i.e., Drupal).
- Provide training and support on using Drupal plus ADA accessibility requirements.
- Update select number of Drupal websites residing on ysu.edu and academics.ysu.edu servers.
- Provide web form and application development in Drupal.
- Provide assistance in setting up Google Analytics for departments/offices for monitoring traffic on ysu.edu and academics.ysu.edu.
- Explore areas of integration between Penguin Portal and the YSU Website.
