Important Billing Dates - Spring 2026
Accounts must be paid in full by January 2, 2026 (except for the Accelerated Online Programs; please see your payment schedule below), or the student must be enrolled in an authorized payment plan (for directions to enroll, please click here).
If enrolled in a 5-payment plan:
1st Payment due date: January 2, 2026
2nd Payment due date: February 2, 2026
3rd Payment due date: March 2, 2026
4th Payment due date: April 1, 2026
5th Payment due date: May 4, 2026
*$50 late fee assessed after each month balance is past due.
If enrolled in a 4-payment plan:
1st Payment due date: January 2, 2026
2nd Payment due date: February 2, 2026
3rd Payment due date: March 2, 2026
4th Payment due date: April 1, 2026

Accelerated Online Programs due dates
1st 7 weeks: January 2, 2026
2nd 7 weeks: March 6, 2026
*Accelerated Online Programs are not eligible for payment plans.
Note: Students living in on campus residence halls must have their balance paid in full or be enrolled in a University payment plan PRIOR to their move-in date.
Effective 2/1/24 - Cash payments will no longer be accepted for tuition and housing charges.
