TDM Experience

Over the course of nine months or a full academic year, students work alongside industry professionals, mentors, and faculty to solve real-world, data-driven problems. Through weekly, one-hour meetings with a Corporate Partner mentor, students ask questions, exchange ideas, and receive guidance as they develop and refine their solutions.

Why TDM Matters

As Ohio continues to expand experiential learning opportunities and data science becomes increasingly integrated into everyday life, the need to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience continues to grow. TDM addresses this need by helping students develop the interpersonal and professional skills necessary to succeed while creating opportunities to develop innovative, data-driven solutions and build professional relationships with Corporate Partners.
