What: A 30-minute listen and learn emotional management event hosted by Student Counseling Services.
Start the new Semester by turning down your inner critic and tuning in to self-kindness. This interactive session will help you shift your self-talk, build emotional resilience, and become your own calm. Leave feeling empowered-and with a few uplifting surprises!

What: Donut Worry is a collaborative student event to promote awareness and healthy management of anxiety. This scavenger-like event will feature five different stations that students can visit:
Anxiety screening & skills handout with t-shirt giveaway. The Rec will be promoting their meditation area and yoga classes. AVI will provide donut decorating and a culinarian will be on hand to talk about mindful eating. Accessibility services and DOS will provide steps on how to obtain an ESA, case manegement services, and food pantry/clothing closet access. Finally, 10 minute chair massages. Come in and sign up!

What: The Smart Sips, Smart Choices is a scavenger hunt event to help students learn how to make safe decisions about alcohol.
Each student will receive a "roadmap" where they will stop at each station to learn a fact (psychoeducation) and participate in an activity to earn a check mark on their roadmap.
