It’s been a busy few months across campus – from changes to the Board of Trustees and new programs in Nursing, Education and more, to statewide recognition for YSU’s efforts to serve military veterans, comply with state transparency laws and provide top-notch law enforcement training for the region. Whether it’s building a canoe out of concrete or transcribing more than 16,000 historical documents for the Smithsonian, YSU students continued to show their Penguin smarts and agility across the region and nation.
Donors to YSU continue to raise the bar. YSU and the YSU Foundation received a record $24.1 million in gifts in the 2021-22 fiscal year, the largest one-year total in the university’s 114-year history. Read more
