Pursuant to Article II, of the Bylaws of the Board of Trustees of Youngstown State University, a Special meeting of the Board of Trustees and a University Affairs committee meeting will take place at 8 a.m., Friday, Aug. 7, 2026, in the Board Meeting Room, 1st Floor, Tod Hall, located at 1 Tressel Way, Youngstown, OH 44555.
The purpose of the Special Board meeting is to consider and/or take action upon collective bargaining negotiations with one or more employee bargaining units and such other matters as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
The Special Board meeting will begin immediately after the University Affairs committee meeting concludes.
