PortalChoose Ohio First Scholarship Program Eligibility and Math Placement Requirements
To be eligible to receive a Choose Ohio First Scholarship at Youngstown State University, applicants must:
- Be an incoming undergraduate or graduate student
- Be an Ohio resident
- Have been accepted to YSU
- Have declared an eligible major (see list below)
- For undergraduates only- Have placed or working toward placing into the appropriate math based on their chosen major (see list below)
