YSU programs score on national rankings

As the 2018 calendar year draws to a close, several Youngstown State University academic programs have been included in national rankings:

• The Best Schools lists YSU among the nation’s Best Online Master in Economics Degree Programs. YSU ranks 11^th. The rankings are based on six factors - academic excellence, faculty scholarship, reputation, financial aid, range of degree programs, and the strength of online instruction methodology. • OnlineMasters.com’s lists YSU as one of the nation’s Best MBA Programs. YSU ranks 44^th. The list is based on academic quality, student success and affordability. More information is available on the YSU MBA program.
• TopMastersInHealthcare.com includes YSU on its list of the nation’s Best Online Master’s Programs in Health and Human Services. YSU ranks 19^th most affordable such program in the nation.   Affordable Colleges Online recognizes YSU as one of the Best Online Colleges in Ohio. The organization compared more than 1,500 not-for-profit colleges with full online programs with annual tuition rates below $25,000 a year and analyzed more than a dozen other factors, including student-teacher ratio, job placement, and the availability of career and counseling services. • Affordable Colleges Online also includes YSU on its list of the Nation’s Best Online Master's Programs in Health Administration. YSU ranks 25^th. The rankings are based on data from the U.S. Department of Education and the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System.
