2026 Co-Curricular Assessment Update

Co-curricular assessment reports will be due this year on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. All co-curricular programs should report through the new Watermark Planning and Self-Study program, accessed via the Watermark card in your Penguin Portal.

Assessment Handbook

Co-Curricular Assessment Handbook: This document is meant to be a resource for those new(er) to assessment activities and a reference to those who have been participating in assessment activities for some time. The Handbook is in two parts; Part 1 explains the steps in the assessment process, including how to write SLOs, select methods, and analyze results. Part 2 outlines the reporting elements here at YSU and also includes guides to using Planning and Self-Study to submit reports
