Brian K. Friedrich II, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Youngstown State University (YSU). Prior to joining YSU, he worked in industry as a materials and design engineer at BWX Technologies and the Naval Nuclear Laboratory, where he contributed to engineering and materials development for nuclear and energy systems.
