Billy Green

Biography:

Billy Green, Ed.D., is a part-time faculty member in Teacher Education and Leadership Studies at Youngstown State University, where he teaches undergraduate education courses, student teaching seminar, assessment, and edTPA-related coursework, and supervises pre-service teachers across field and student teaching placements. His background includes K–12 classroom teaching, district-level technology leadership, instructional coaching, and higher education teaching.

His scholarly and professional interests include intentional technology integration, teacher education, digital pedagogy, AI in education, student engagement, instructional technology implementation, assessment, and K–12 teacher professional learning.
