Bio

Alan Koren Jr. is an Assistant Professor and Clinical Education Coordinator in the Master of Athletic Training program at Youngstown State University. With nine years of service in the Ohio Army National Guard, he brings a unique depth of experience to his role. His expertise in the clinical management of sports-related concussions and was a recipient of the Purpose Award from Heidelberg University in 2014.
