"In it to Guin it" TikTok/Reel Contest

Let's kick off Spring 2021 with a contest!

We're looking for the best, most creative TikToks and Reels our students can come up with! They can feature:

  • departments
  • student organizations
  • programs
  • life as a YSU student
  • your Penguin Pride
  • student tips
  • or anything else YSU related!

Create your TikTok or Reel by tagging @youngstownstate and using the hashtag #InItToGuinIt! A panel of judges will pick their top five favorites, and then the public will help decide the winner. Speaking of winner, what do they get?! A ring light, YSU backpack, bluetooth speaker, YSU water bottle, YSU hat, and more! (The top five will also receive water bottles and shirts — but don't worry, all submitters will get something for their creativity!)

Deadline to submit is Friday, February 19 so be sure to get yours in soon!

  • Timeline
    • Now through February 19: Open submissions
    • February 19 - February 28: Judges will pick top five
    • March 1 - March 4: Public voting
    • March 5: Winners announced! 
  • Submission Guidelines

    In order to qualify for this contest, submissions should adhere to the YSU Social Media Guidelines. Any content submissions that go against the guidelines and are inappropriate in nature will not be counted.
