Youngstown State University uses all main social channels. The idea is simple, with three main goals:

  1. Engage audiences — this includes prospective and current students, parents, alumni and community members  
  2. Market to audiences — showcase the university, and campus life
  3. Communicate achievements and campus news to online audiences
