Student sculpture featured in campus exhibit

Youngstown State University’s Department of Art hosts an exhibition of student sculpture organized by faculty Lauren Baker and Anthony Armeni through Feb. 12 in the Judith Rae Solomon Gallery on the second floor of Bliss Hall on campus.

The exhibition is available to view through the gallery windows weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The exhibition includes work from students enrolled in sculpture and ceramics courses during the Fall 2020 semester: Bo Gyeong Son, South Korea, Painting major, sophomore; Alexandria Sahyoun, Boardman, Ohio, Graphic Design major, senior; Cassandra Holsopple, East Palestine, Ohio, Graphic Design major, senior; Derrick Brubacher, Alamosa, Col., Sculpture major, senior; Emily Fetsko, Boardman, Ohio, Art Education major, senior; Morgan Lay, Brookfield, Ohio, General Studies major, junior; Connie Kolarik, Boardman, Ohio, Sculpture major, post baccalaureate student; Maria Saunders, Plavna, Russia, Art Education major, senior.
