SBDC and EAN at YSU launch new website

The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Export Assistance Network (EAN) at Youngstown State University, are announcing the official launch of its new website, sbdc-ysu.org.

The website was built by Clever, a branding and marketing team specializing in branding, design and digital marketing services. An updated website feature includes the client videography segments from Appleridge Productions. Both companies are locally based, residing in the Mahoning Valley.

Other key highlights of the website include a robust business resource section for existing / growing companies and business start-ups, and connection to INQUISIT, the SBDC’s fully digital business assessment tool to identify a company’s business health and opportunities for growth. Additionally, there is an added emphasis on the focus of client companies.

“One of our main goals for the new website is to showcase our clients’ success, and how they interacted with the Center," said Patricia Veisz, director of the SBDC & EAN at YSU. "It’s utterly amazing the number of incredibly brilliant people and companies located in the area, but most people have no idea what all is produced, developed, and invented right here. We hope that as people learn more about the vast business activity in the region, that they will take pride in the teams of talented people and companies that are making a difference in the community, our country and around the globe!”

The effort devoted to this extensive website speaks to the SBDC, EAN and APEX Accelerator’s longstanding commitment to the economic development and growth of the Northeast Ohio counties it serves.
