Real estate license classes start Sept. 24 at YSU

Individuals who want to get licensed as an Ohio Real Estate Salesperson will have the opportunity to begin coursework Sept. 24, 2018 in the Williamson College of Business Administration at Youngstown State University.  

Successful completion of four courses - Real Estate Law, Real Estate Principles & Practices, Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Appraisal - is required to sit for the Ohio licensure examination. All classes are offered from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. in Williamson Hall at 221 N. Hazel Street at the YSU campus.

Early registration is encouraged to ensure a place in the course(s) of choice. An annual schedule of Real Estate classes, online registration and additional information are available at www.ysu.edu/wcba.

  • Real Estate Law: Monday and Wednesday (10 sessions) $305, Sept. 24 – Oct. 24, 2018.
  • Real Estate Principles & Practices: Tuesday and Thursday (10 sessions) $305, Sept. 25 – Oct. 25, 2018.
  • Real Estate Appraisal: Monday and Wednesday (5 sessions) $205, Nov. 5–19, 2018.
  • Real Estate Finance: Tuesday and Thursday (5 sessions) $205, Nov. 6–20, 2018.
