John J. McDonough Museum announces Spring 2025 Graduating BFA Exhibition

The Spring 2025 Graduating BFA Exhibition, featuring the art and design work of students graduating in the spring semester from the Department of Art at Youngstown State University, will open at the John J. McDonough Museum of Art on Friday, April 18 and run through Saturday, May 3. An opening reception will take place 5 - 7 p.m., Friday, April 18.

The Graduating BFA Exhibition is the opportunity for students to share the original and innovative discoveries they have made in their artistic journeys, communicating to the public their creative expressions of human experience. Students in the Department of Art work closely with nationally and internationally known faculty engaged in a broad range of art and design practices.

Participants in the exhibition include: Dominic Bono, Alanna Clapp, Marcus Cupp, Louis DeVicchio, Benjamin Doss, Syann Ellis, Jenna Fitzpatrick, Sabrina Harrison, Katrin Hoeller, Maci Humphreys, Callie Kester, Seth Kollar, Caitlin Martin, Lauren Novak, Abe Perez, Ryan Richardson and Leah Sydney.

The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public. The McDonough Museum is open 11 a.m. - 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
