The recital is free and open to the public. Eight students in Professor Caroline Oltmanns’ piano studio will perform music by Debussy, Chopin, Mozart and Scriabin, among others. Students in the studio are Ryan Flemming, Kinsman, OH; Brendan McEvoy, Fowler, OH; Logan Haughey, Warrendale, PA; Victoria Buskirk, Kinsman, OH; Michael Barren, Montgomery, AL; Makenzie Poe, Chambersburg, PA; Cody Tonkinson, Salem, OH; and Patrick Smith, Youngstown, OH. Guest performer Evan Barrett will perform “Humoresque” by Dvořák, arranged by Dr. Cory Hall. Barrett is a junior at Heartland Christian School where he accompanies the chamber choir, serves as the captain of the school’s praise team, and plays tenor saxophone in the concert band. 1238 Recital Hall Joseph W.
