Youngstown State University will celebrate Women’s History Month throughout March with educational programs, lectures and community events hosted by the Women’s and Gender Studies program and campus partners. This year’s theme, “Remember the Ladies,” honors the voices, activism and contributions of women past and present as the nation approaches America’s 250th anniversary.
Each year, YSU joins institutions across the country in recognizing Women’s History Month by highlighting the achievements and impact of women in history, culture, politics, labor and the arts.
