IT Operational Support (ITOS) provides operational support for the YSU Datacenter and NAE team, including monitoring and alerting of adverse environmental or equipment functions in the YSU Datacenter along with other operational support tasks such as maintaining tape backups, datacenter printing, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
