Hello! My name is Chris Santangelo and I am a Graduate Assistant Intern at The Resch Academic Success Center. I graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education. I am relatively new to the area as my wife and I moved to Ohio in 2019. I will be starting my first semester here in the YSU Counseling Program with a focus on Student Affairs this Fall. I look forward to meeting my students and coaching them so that they will be able to succeed at YSU.
As an Academic Coach, I will be working with students on time management, organization, goal setting, and study skills that will help them during their college career. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and friends. I like to travel and explore new places to visit. Some of my hobbies include, playing fantasy baseball, fantasy football, watching WWE Wrestling, and playing Cornhole (Bean Bag Toss) with friends.
