Welcome to the Office of the Registrar, a department within Institutional Effectiveness providing quality service to our students within all areas related to enrollment by supporting the systems and policies of the learning environment and safeguarding the integrity of the University's records and regulations. 

The department is committed to:

• Delivering proficient, student-centered customer service that supports retention and persistence.

• Maintaining accurate and permanent academic records for each student.

• Providing essential information, support, and referrals to the university community and external agencies while ensuring consistent compliance with FERPA regulations.

• Supporting students, faculty, and staff through the integration of modern technology into our services.

The Office of the Registrar is comprised of four main areas: Registration Services, Penguin Service Center, Records Services, and Degree Audit. The primary functions and responsibilities of our department are outlined below:
