Welcome to the new YSU Website! This web help request form is now available. If you need something changed on ysu.edu, academics.ysu.edu, explore.ysu.edu, or the Penguin Portal - you've come to the right place.

If your request is in regards to a profile picture on Faculty Success or your ysu.edu/people page, please check this website first for more details before submitting a ticket. For changes to the Campus Department Directory listing, submit your request to this web form instead for department name, department phone, etc changes (https://ysu.edu/directory-department-update-form)

Please note: All submitted documents (i.e., .pdf, .docx, ,xslx, .pptx, etc.) that are to be publicly accessible on any YSU website MUST be ADA compliant before submitting your request. If you are unsure if they are ADA compliant or not, here are some options:
