Drupal Training is being offered for department web editors through Blackboard. The Blackboard course and any pre-requisite training as described below must be completed in order to begin editing your department site. The Drupal training includes the following sections:
- Completion of Chapter 1: Indicates the web editor is capable of making minor changes to pre-existing content, and understands some of the requirements for each component used.
- Completion of Chapter 2: Indicates the web editor is capable of making major changes to pre-existing content, as well as making brand new web pages and what is required publish new web pages.
- Completion of Chapter 3: Indicates the web editor is capable of making changes and creating new landing pages for offices and departments.
- Completion of Chapter 4: Provides a reference and understanding of how web editors can use their pre-existing access to export from a web form, as well as change submission recipients for web forms in their area.
- Completion of Chapter 5: Indicates the web editor is aware of WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements, and will curate WCAG 2.1 accessible content to the AA level - or where there is compliance uncertainty, the tools and resources to gain compliance are inventoried and understood.

- Drupal 10 training, as of August 04 2025, is now available to be requested.
- It is a requirement to complete the "Digital Accessibility 1.0: Foundations and Best Practices" training workshop with Information Technology Services before enrolling in this training
