- The ETS and Part-Time (adjunct) faculty will be listed in the Faculty/Staff directory during their contract. When their contract starts for either Fall or Spring semester; they will be listed in the F/S directory for the duration of the semester. When their contract ends, their directory information will be removed from the F/S directory.
- All Full-Time faculty will be listed in the F/S directory until they are terminated or retired, regardless if they have a 9 or 12 month contract.
- If an ETS faculty is also emeritus, they will be listed in the F/S directory with their position being ‘Extended Teaching Svc Faculty’ during their contract. When their contract ends, they will appear in the F/S directory with a position of ‘Faculty Emeritus’.
Example: John Smith, teaches each Spring (1 semester). During Summer and Fall semester, he will be listed in the directory as Faculty Emeritus, only displaying his campus email. During Spring semester, he will be listed as ‘Extended Teaching Svc Faculty’, displaying his campus building/room and phone.
