YSU recognizes the importance of protecting the confidentiality of student information while complying fully with FERPA.
Current and former students of a post-secondary institution; at YSU this means a student who is officially registered for at least one class and that class has started. FERPA rights continue after the student leaves the institution and are only terminated upon the death of the student.
CCP staff will be unable to discuss particulars about a student’s academic record or progress in the program with anyone except the student and designated high school authorities.
