Thank you for your interest in visiting Youngstown State University! We are pleased that your group of high school students (grade 9-12) are interested in learning more about our campus and our academic programs! Below is an agreement which will enhance our ability to showcase our beautiful campus and improve your visit!
This form must be completed prior to your visit.
- If you are unable to visit, cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Our tour guides are YSU students who work between their classes. If you are delayed, let us know by calling 330-941-2000 so that our staff will be available.
- Our tour guides are trained to conduct tours, not to discipline students. Please request that your group be attentive, respectful and courteous to them; otherwise, we cannot provide a productive tour. If your group is disruptive or discourteous, the tour will be cut short, and your group will be returned to the Admissions office for early dismissal of your visit.
- We require at least one adult chaperone for every 10 students in your group. Some groups may be required to have additional chaperones. Chaperones must accompany groups on their tours.
- If members of your group would like to have a snack or lunch while visiting with us, there are several on-campus dining services available to them during the Fall and Spring semesters.

information find it at YSU Eats. - Christman Dining Hall or Box Lunch Options: Pre-Order or reservations required,
