Make-Up Exam, Proctoring Assistance and Data Requests
INDIVIDUAL MAKE-UPS
As in the past, we are still offering proctoring for individual student makeup quizzes or exams.
- First, you must use this link to book your make-up exam. Make-Up Exam/Test Request(link is external)
- Once you have booked your exam you will get a confirmation email, with a link to submit your assessment digitally. Please make sure to submit your assessment at least one business day prior to the scheduled retake. If you prefer to submit a hardcopy of the assignment, please drop it off to the coordinator's mailbox in the Math Department office.
You will receive a reminder the day before the make-up is scheduled. Please make sure to tell your students to bring their YSU ID or another form of photo ID.
