Scholarship Program Selection
You may apply for one, two or all three programs based upon your interest and intended major. Student Success in STEMM is research project based. Workforce Advancement through YSU STEMM is focused more on career development with a required internship, co-op, or REU experience. YSU Undergraduate and Graduate Education and Training in STEMM is primarily geared toward graduate students but we may accept undergraduates in certain scenarios. This program also focuses on career development with a required internship, co-op or REU. Health science majors are ONLY eligible for the YSU WAYS and YSU GREAT scholarships (with the exception of Nursing, which is eligible for all three).
Please provide a short paragraph explaining your interest in your chosen major- how did you choose it, what are your future career interests, and how can this program benefit you as your pursue your degree?
