The Affordable Tuition Advantage rate is offered to students from the following counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Crawford, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Warren, Washington and Westmoreland counties in Pennsylvania; Chautauqua County in New York; and Brooke, Hancock, Marshall and Ohio counties in West Virginia.
  2. Although the graduate bulk-rate band is 12-18 hours, graduate students are full-time for academic purposes at 9 credit hours and above.
  3. Saudi Arabia Cultural Mission students receive a reduction per credit hour of $42.00.
