Bio
In high school, I started a mathematics tutoring business which led to my love for teaching. I have been teaching at YSU for over 24 years as well as teaching at Eastern gateway and Appalachian State University. I have three wonderful children and two active dogs.
Teaching Interests
I enjoy teaching anything in Mathematics and Statistics. I feel Statistics and Quantitive Reasoning is my favorite because I can relate them to real world problems. Can teach in-class, Asynchronous, Hybrid as well as Online live. Helped choose course text books, create department exams and outline what material should be covered. Worked with many systems such as WebEx, Zoom, Collaborate, AsULearn, Blackboard, My Open May, MyMathLab. Created a YouTube Channel.
