Dr. Ratican is an Associate Professor at Youngstown State University. She is the program coordinator for ELIS. Dr. Ratican teaches early childhood and literacy courses. Her research interests include best practices for preclinical programs, effective partnerships with school districts, and early childhood instructional practices.
