Students may sign-up for text reminders about their bill in the Penguin Portal. This service will send out reminders 5 days before a scheduled payment is due.
1. Log into the Penguin Portal. Click on "Student Dashboard".
2. Under the Billing heading, click "Bill, Payment and Tax Information".
3. Click "Personal Profile" under "My Profile Setup" on the right.
4. Your personal profile will appear. To get text messages about your account, click "Edit" on the right. Enter your cell phone number, select your mobile carrier, and click "Save".
