Youngstown State University Penguin Productions is proud to announce the tenth annual FEDERAL FRENZY on Saturday, April 27, 2024. This year, the event will take place on East Federal Street with Penguin City Brewery and the Youngstown Flea. The streets and buildings will be filled with vendors, food trucks, live artistry, interactive activities, and performances by local, regional, and national acts. This family-friendly music and arts festival is a celebration of the many talents of Youngstown State University and the greater Youngstown community.
