Standard Registration

Standard: Corporate/ Private Sector Registration for Spring 2026 EXPO: $450 – This registration is for the Spring 2026 (February 26, 2026) STEM EXPO ONLY.

Registration also includes:

  • Up to two (2) representative(s) for each Expo
  • One (1) 6-foot display table with tablecloth(s) and two chairs. If you are registering 4 or more reps, you are required to purchase an additional table.
  • Employer Overview for the Employer booklet
  • Internet Access
  • Food and afternoon snacks and beverages
  • Student volunteers/staff available to assist you throughout the day
  • Curbside drop-off assistance and parking
  • Additional representatives are charged $100.00 per person.
  • Additional tables are $100.00 each.
  • The deadline for logos and ads is Friday, February 13 2026. All information collected after this date will be added to the booklets, but as inserts. Please send your information to stemexpo@ysu.edu.
