Standard Registration

Standard: Corporate/ Private Sector Registration for Fall 2026 EXPO: $450 - This registration is for the Fall 2026 (September 24, 2026) STEM EXPO ONLY.

Registration also includes:

  • Up to two (2) representative(s) for each Expo
  • One (1) 6-foot display table with tablecloth(s) and two chairs. If you are registering 4 or more reps, you are required to purchase an additional table.
  • Employer Overview for the Employer booklet
  • Internet Access
  • Food and afternoon snacks and beverages
  • Student volunteers/staff available to assist you throughout the day
  • Curbside drop-off assistance and parking
  • Additional representatives are charged $100.00 per person.
  • Additional tables are $100.00 each.
  • The deadline for logos and ads is Friday, September 8 2026. All information collected after this date will be added to the booklets, but as inserts. Please send your information to stemexpo@ysu.edu.

Expo – Package Deal #1 – Corporate/Private Industry - $800.00 

Corporate/ Private Sector Registration for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 STEM Expos: $800 This package includes STEM Expo registration for Fall 2026 (September 24, 2026) and Spring 2027 (February 25, 2027)

 

Registration also includes:

  • Up to two (2) representative(s) for each expo 
  • One (1) 6-foot display table with tablecloth(s) and two chairs for each expo.  If you are registering for more than three (3) reps for the Fall 2026 Expo, you are required to purchase an additional table.
