In Person STANDARD REGISTRATION:

Standard: Corporate/ Private Sector Registration for Spring 2024 EXPO: $400.00 – This registration is for the spring 2024 (february 29, 2024) STEM EXPO ONLY.

  • Registration also includes:
    • Up to two (2) representative(s) for each Expo
    • One (1) 6-foot display table with tablecloth(s) and two chairs. If you are registering 4 or more reps, you are required to purchase an additional table.
    • Employer Overview for the Employer booklet
    • Internet Access
    • Continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and beverages
    • Student volunteers/staff available to assist you throughout the day
    • Curbside drop-off assistance and parking

  • Additional representatives are charged $100.00 per person.
  • Additional tables are $100.00 each.
  • DEADLINES: Once you register, we need your booklet information ASAP.  The Expo Employer booklet deadline is Friday, February 9, 2024 at 8:00 AM. If your invoice is        outstanding at time of deadline, your information will be omitted from the booklet. Anyone who registers past this date, your information will still be provided to the students, but as an insert within the booklet.

REFUND / CANCELLATION TERMS:

Cancellations made after 8:00 AM on Friday, February 9, 2024 and/or employer no-shows the day of the event are NOT eligible for a refund of the registration fee (registration after 8:00 AM on Friday, February 9, 2024 is subject to the same policy). Additionally, employers who cancel after 8:00 AM Friday, February 9, 2024 and have not paid registration fees will still be billed.

LATE PAYMENTS:

Payment is due by Friday, February 16, 2024. Payments made after February 16, 2024 will incur a $50 late payment charge.

DISCLAIMER: Although Youngstown State University has returned to a normal schedule, we are required to adhere to the guidelines, policies and procedures set forth from the State of Ohio and CDC. Also, if either the State of Ohio or the CDC make changes due to COVID or any other related issues, the University will be required to follow their guidelines.

    • Please email your company logo and your full-page color page ad in JPEG format to stem.jobs@ysu.edu. Also, send ad as a 23 1/2" X 34 1/2" poster (Will be used for Fall and Spring Expos) 
    • Please email jpeg and ads on or before Friday, September 8, 2023 for the Fall 2023 EXPO.
