Conference attendees have the option of boarding on campus.
The cost of boarding on campus is $72.00 (US) per day for a single room and $52.00 (US) for a double (shared) room plus a linen fee of $25.00 (US) for the week.
The cost of boarding on campus includes meals eaten on campus in the dining hall or select university establishments.
Payment for boarding on campus will made during the conference registration process.
The DoubleTree by Hilton is within walking distance of campus. A limited number of (single and double) rooms have been reserved for conference attendees for $119.00 (US) plus tax per night. Reservations must be made by June 16 to receive this rate. Reservations made after June 16 are eligible for a 20% discount. Breakfast is not included.
The Days Inn in Girard, Ohio is a fifteen minute drive from campus. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference attendees for $76.00 (US) (including tax) per night. Reservations must be made by June 29 to receive this rate. Reservations must be canceled July 13. Breakfast is not included.
The Hampton Inn in Youngstown, Ohio is a fifteen minute drive from campus. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference attendees for $115.00 (US) plus tax per night. Reservations must be made by June 30 to receive this rate. Guests will be charged for one night if reservations are canceled after 3:00 p.m. on July 14. Breakfast is included.
The Holiday Inn in Boardman, Ohio is a fifteen minute drive from campus. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference attendees for $129.00 (US) plus tax per night Sunday through Thursday and for $199.00 (US) Friday and Saturday. Reservations must be made by June 16 to receive these rates. Breakfast is not included. Kids eat free.

The registration fee includes the Conference Dinner on Thursday evening and transportation for the excursion to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on Wednesday. The registration fee does not include entrance into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
After the registration process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email which contains a link and password to submit a title and abstract. You will also need the order number in the confirmation email.
