As a part of Marketing & Communications, the office of Creative Services is your go-to graphic design resource right here on campus! We produce both digital and print assets that are crafted to reinforce the YSU brand. From conception to print, our team of graphic design professionals are ready to assist in bringing your ideas to life.
Though we like to consider the YSU brand a classic, great designs are fluid, evolving with time and trends. We will ensure that your printed and digital marketing pieces are complete with current fonts, colors, and the latest branding fundamentals.
Small design elements send a big message - graphics and logos are designed and utilized with the YSU mission in mind. This visual foundation is strategically utilized in an effort to convey a consistent and recognizable brand to the world. Our job is to help you promote YSU!
Our designers, comprised of full-time staff as well as students, love to work on special event pieces such as invitations and posters, but also serve as your source for the basics, such as letterhead and envelopes. Personal stationery, including business cards and notepads, are some of our most frequently requested designs!

Creative Services Production Policy
A minimum three-week allotment is required for all graphic design projects requested through Creative Services. Depending on our current production schedule, we may provide drafts and/or completed artwork sooner but this standard timeline requirement will help ensure that your project receives the time and creative attention it deserves. We are offering a maximum number of four proofs during the design process. Additional proofs and changes may require your project to be repositioned within our production schedule. Project requests are accepted and prioritized according to date of receipt.
