Students and faculty from the Williamson College of Business Administration at Youngstown State University traveled to Dublin, Ireland, during spring break earlier this month as part of the business school’s Global Learning Experience program. Participating firms and education sessions included: Airbnb, which is located in the “Silicon Valley” of Dublin - Challenges and Opportunities of Starting up in Ireland; Storyful.com - the world’s first social news agency and subsidiary of News Corp.; - Ireland as the Tech Hub of Europe; Wright Bus Belfast, the manufacturer of the famed “Double-Decker” bus - Discovering Manufacturing Trends of Tomorrow; along with Teeling Whiskey - Family Businesses and Keys to Success; along with Target McConnells, an international advertising and creative agency - Promoting Products and Global Competition.
